José and I highly recommend this wedding planner as she will be able to tackle anything that comes her way. She prioritizes her clients and allowed us to fully enjoy our wedding day as she took care of all the logistics.

José and I asked for Erica’s aid once we realized that our wedding of 150 would turn into 50 with many restrictions in place due to COVID.

We felt overwhelmed with all the changes and did not know how to make our special day a memorable one.

Little did we know, COVID restriction would continue to sabotage our plans. Thankfully, Erica was able to secure two other venues on short notice to make sure we can keep our wedding date and prevent us from loosing even more money.

In fact, with her help we were able to plan our wedding within 10 days at Le Belvedere and it was magical.

José and I highly recommend this wedding planner as she will be able to tackle anything that comes her way. She prioritizes her clients and allowed us to fully enjoy our wedding day as she took care of all the logistics.

We fell in love with each other over years but we fell in love with Erica the moment we met her. Her easy-to-get-along-with and charming demeanour put us right at ease. Her social skills are velvety smooth and made us melt. Each meeting we had with her quickly became a get together with a dear friend. We didn’t even notice how our wedding checklist got completed! It was effortless and easy. While we couldn’t always put into words what we wanted or envisioned, Erica somehow had the wisdom and experience to make the images in our heads come to fruition. As two busy professionals, we appreciated leaving our day and its decisions to the greatest professional of them all… Our Erica. Our next task: settling down our separation anxiety by finding a new event for her to plan!

How do I even start to explain how amazing Erica was as our wedding planner? Without a doubt, hiring Erica was the best decision we made! From the first time I spoke to her on the phone asking her question after question (before we even hired her), to the day of the wedding, Erica was professional, efficient, and organized.

Her advice, advocacy and counselling were priceless, as we ironed out detail after detail. We initially had some challenges with our venue, but when Erica took over she dealt with all of this and shielded us from all the anxiety surrounding it.

She had excellent vendor recommendations, and everyone that she suggested ended up feeling like we were working with the sort of people you would choose to be friends with.

When the wedding was over it was bittersweet. We will both miss our chats and pep talks with Erica!

We cannot recommend Erica enough! She took the visions we had, and made our day perfectly us.

We can’t say enough about the amazing job that Erica did in planning our wedding at the Aviation Museum. She has a great vision to help you throw the best party of your life, is so creative, incredibly organized, hard-working, efficient, always easy to reach, quick to respond, and has a wonderful personality to boot. She made our day better than we ever could have imagined. The day went off without a hitch for us because of her commitment to taking care of all the little details ahead of time and effortlessly problem solving any little glitches that came up on the day of. Our guests had a blast and so many even commented to us about how amazing she was. Did we mention she is also one of the nicest people we have ever met!?
