We hosted our wedding at Chateau Montebello in the fall and we couldn’t be happier with how it went! Hiring Erica was the best decision we made! Hands down! Erica is insanely organized, professional, resourceful, and a joy to work with! Her extensive network of recommended vendors and experience with our venue made planning very straightforward for us! We worked exclusively with the vendors she recommended, who were all great! She provided us with an easy-to-use wedding planning portal that gave us the confidence to know we had done everything we needed and were on track! Such an organized planning process gave us more time to focus on the small details that made the wedding day unique for us as a couple! Knowing Erica was there coordinating everything during the wedding made the day genuinely stress-free for us! She took charge and ran everything incredibly smoothly, so we could be fully in the moment all day long! We cannot recommend Erica and her team highly enough! Erica was absolutely amazing, we had such a great experience with her! She is very professional, patient, easy to work with and always ready to help. We had some very stressful moments at the final planning stage because of an overseas shipment delay however, Erica was super friendly and supportive, she worked hard with us and strived to get us what we really wanted. Erica really cares about her clients and it’s obvious in the time she spent with us. She tried everything she could to make our dreams come true on our big day. We were amazed by the final results as well as our family and friends.

Erica was not only helpful during our planning journey, she also showed her true value on our wedding day. She created a stress-free and fun wedding day for us. She always had a backup plan for urgent matters, tolerated last minute changes from our end and took action immediately. She was very kind and handled our family and friends perfectly while managing a large vendor team and at the same time guiding the entire wedding party!

In addition, she has all kinds of stuff in her little purse, just like Doraemon the Japanese cartoon. After all, Erica is more like a friend to us now. We highly recommend her!

José and I asked for Erica’s aid once we realized that our wedding of 150 would turn into 50 with many restrictions in place due to COVID.

We felt overwhelmed with all the changes and did not know how to make our special day a memorable one.

Little did we know, COVID restriction would continue to sabotage our plans. Thankfully, Erica was able to secure two other venues on short notice to make sure we can keep our wedding date and prevent us from loosing even more money.

In fact, with her help we were able to plan our wedding within 10 days at Le Belvedere and it was magical.
