Erica is amazing; we could not recommend her more. She brings an incredible wealth of knowledge, connections, and experience to the wedding planning relationship that you really can’t get anywhere else. All of her vendor recommendations were top-notch, and they often bend their rules a bit “because you’re working with Erica”. Erica cares a lot about your vision and what you’re looking to accomplish, and caters her recommendations specifically. She was omnipotent on our wedding day, and our day went off without a hitch – despite a few tiny kinks here and there that we didn’t even know about until later, because Erica and her team took care of them in the background.

The best investment you can make in your wedding planning is Erica Irwin Weddings. Erica is an exceptional wedding planner, a true professional, and a thoughtful, kind soul. After booking our venue, the NAC, and many vendors on our own, we hired Erica.. We knew we had made the right decision as soon as we started talking to her over Zoom, she’s just that good. Erica has a vast amount of knowledge, experience, and connections in the wedding industry. She was able to tell us things about our venue the NAC that we would have never considered.

Throughout the wedding planning process, Erica was always happy to answer our questions and schedule check ins if needed. As we headed into the month of the wedding, we didn’t feel stressed at all thanks to Erica. She was on top of everything.

On the wedding day, Erica and her team took care of every single detail. This team was such a pleasure to work with and we are forever grateful for them.

Erica was the best investment we made for our wedding day. We initially started planning the wedding on our own, then realized we needed some serious professional help. We interviewed Erica, and when the call ended we felt like we could breathe again. She was always there to answer any and all questions, and solve every problem we had. Erica is extremely knowledgeable in the Ottawa wedding scene, professional, caring, and creative. Any time I would meet with her I had a laundry list of questions and concerns, which were completely erased from my mind as soon as the call ended. Even when we didn’t have a plan or vision for something, her and her team came up with one. All we had to do on our wedding day was show up and have fun!
