As soon as we first met with you we knew we wanted to work with you. The planning process went so smoothly because you were so easy going, patient, organized and always had great ideas. Anytime I didn’t know what I was going to do for certain things you always came up with great ideas, which we used and made our day that much more special.

We both were able to enjoy every minute of the wedding day knowing you were behind the scene taking care of everything.  Everyone at our wedding was gushing about how great our wedding planner was. Friends and family still waiting to get married will definitely have you in mind after seeing all the hard work you put into our wedding.

We wouldn’t have had the wedding of our dreams without you.  We can’t thank you enough for making our wedding day so special!

Organizing our wedding ourselves was really a mission impossible.  We lived in two different provinces, far, far away, and we wanted to get married in a third location that wasn’t close to either of us.  On top of all that, we were on a very tight schedule and a fairly modest budget.  After realizing that most venues we wanted were already booked on our big date, we decided to hire a wedding planner.  We selected Erica Irwin because she assured us she could organize a beautiful wedding, regardless of the distance and within our budget.
She took care of everything, which was fantastic, because we were on different work schedules.  Erica was so well organized that we only needed to have a few teleconference calls all together.  Within a few days, she blew us away with her selection of venues and menus.  She was so amazing that we became probably one of the most relaxed future married couples there is.  This gave us more time to focus on each other in preparation for our marriage, and made us really enjoy the whole experience.
Our wedding day was perfect.  She found an amazing hairdresser and make-up artist for the bride, and we had two incredibly talented photographers with us.  They made us feel like celebrities.  During the entire day, we didn’t have a single worry.  Our guests were amazed about the whole event.  Erica, and the vendors she selected did an outstanding job.

Erica, we can’t thank you enough for your inspiration, patience, and time – all of which are so very much appreciated by a bride who truly did not know the first thing about planning a wedding and a groom who’s only goal was a happy bride!!

Your passion and gift for event planning was evident through every step in the planning process –  including connecting us with the right service providers for custom invitations and decorations; talking me off the ledge when my dress didn’t fit; offering stylish advice on all the attire; being organized when I was not; and taking over the reins when necessary.

I always tell you, “You are the BEST!” and I’m thrilled to finally get to tell everyone else!
