Dear Erica,

I am writing to once again thank you for a job well done in assisting us to plan Keltie and Martin’s wedding. You provided us with eight months of professionalism, planning, negotiating, coordinating of services, and warm friendship.  It is with great pleasure that I write this letter of recommendation.

Your first meeting with us was warm and comfortable as you sought out the personalities of Keltie and Martin and their thoughts and possible desires for their wedding.  You gave suggestions and examples for decorating, flowers and transportation to get things started.

You introduced us to great service providers and were willing to accompany us to appointments with them.  We were able to take advantage of discounts passed along to you for your clients.  All the services that you recommended, Awe Events and Bloomin Funky, were excellent in their own right.  You went the extra mile when you found the graphic designer, Kalijo Works Inc., for all the invitations and stationary. The finished products were just what Keltie wanted.

We valued your dedication to the budget. You provided us with updates and helped us stay on track. Your best update was the one telling us we were in under budget!

We truly appreciated your efforts in the dealings with the hotel for the reception. There were some difficult situations but you negotiated them patiently and professionally for us. You kept us informed at all times and certainly calmed frayed nerves on several occasions.

Your quiet presence and help on rehearsal night was invaluable.  You showed great respect for the pastor and the guidelines of the church. Your attention to the details of the decor and the needs of the bride and groom were noted and appreciated.

The morning of the wedding day was relatively calm and we owe that to you as well. The detailed schedule that you prepared for the day was perfect. It certainly helped us stay on track and made preparations go smoothly. You ensured that all the details at the church were taken care of anticipating our arrival.  Your cheery face and calming influence got us all down the aisle on time. Then the real magic began.  As I, the mother of the bride sat in the church I could relax and enjoy the day because you had walked this journey with us.

The reception was undeniably beautiful. Everything ran so smoothly and efficiently. The MC valued your guidelines and suggestions for the order and placement of speeches. Your attentiveness to all the details was noted by others and we were grateful that you handled all the specifics with the hotel staff and disc jockey. We were so impressed that you stayed with us throughout the entire evening.

We will, without hesitation, happily recommend you and your services to anyone requiring event planning. It has been an absolute pleasure working with you.
